- Blundell CMS400 wave solder; machine: purpose-designed for fast, reliable lead-free wave soldering.
- ERSA IR500 with BGA

demanding rework applications.

- Heller EXL 1707 forced convection reflow oven: exceptionally accurate heat control - even at the higher temperatures demanded by RoHS compliance; impressive standards of repeat process consistency.
-  RoHS: smt is experienced in all non-lead finishes and can process both fully RoHS and non-RoHS compliant boards.
- Rigorous inspection and test processes:
- Mirtec automated optical inspection (AOI) machine: rapid confirmation of critical quality issues such as solder quality and correct component placement.
- Sophisticated x-ray inspection of solder quality in BGA-based boards.
